Built to Lead. Wired to Grow.

I started my career in Europe, joining Conair's EMEA division and taking ownership of the BaByliss for Men brand from the ground up. Within the first year, I built the brand to $30M in sales — not through luck, but through relentless product positioning, distributor relationships, and a marketing engine built to convert. I led teams and commercial programs across Spain, Poland, Dubai, and Russia, learning early that growth is a system, not an accident.

Moving to the US opened a new chapter. At Welbilt, I drove $280M in revenue through an 8,000-unit product launch — coordinating global teams, modular platforms, and a distribution network that demanded precision at every layer. At Helen of Troy, I made Hot Tools the category captain at ULTA and secured the largest SKU listing in Sally Beauty's history. At Progressive Leasing, I grew the install base by 83% in just 10 months, expanding GMV by 20% month over month while slashing cost-per-install by 35%. At New Reach Education, I built a 35-person team, delivered 5X ROAS, and drove 20% year-over-year sales growth.

Across every role, the mandate has been the same: align marketing with revenue. Not followers. Not impressions. Not brand awareness scores. Revenue. I've owned P&Ls up to $200M, managed budgets across four continents, and led teams from 5 to 100. I've worked in foodservice, beauty, edtech, fintech, travel, automotive, and consumer electronics — each one a different language, a different buyer, a different machine to build.

I'm French by birth, American by choice, and fluent in the language of growth. I've lived and worked in the US, France, and the UK. Outside the office, I run long-distance, cycle, play tennis, and scuba dive. I bring the same discipline to every engagement: show up prepared, align the team, execute with precision, and tie every dollar spent back to revenue earned.

25 Years. 7 Industries. One Through-Line: Revenue.

Common Questions

A fractional CMO functions as your head of marketing — embedded in the business, not advising from the outside. On a typical week that means leading your marketing team, reviewing campaign performance, making budget decisions, sitting in on sales and leadership meetings, and ensuring every marketing initiative ties back to revenue. The difference from a consultant is accountability: I own the outcomes, not just the recommendations.

Most fractional CMOs specialize in one channel or one industry. My edge is breadth with depth: 25 years across 7 industries — PE-backed consumer goods, global CPG (Conair, BaBylissPRO, Helen of Troy), SaaS, EdTech, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing — across 30 countries. That cross-industry pattern recognition means I bring proven playbooks from categories your competitors haven't seen. I'm also French-American and fluent in four languages, which matters for international expansion.

I work best with PE-backed portfolio companies that need commercial accountability fast, growth-stage founders who have outgrown scrappy marketing and need a strategic partner, and established brands going through a rebrand, market expansion, or digital transformation. The common thread: they need senior marketing leadership that moves fast, owns accountability, and has done it before across multiple categories.

Revenue and pipeline — always. I set clear KPIs at the start of every engagement: customer acquisition cost, marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. I've driven $280M in measurable revenue impact across my career precisely because I treat marketing as a revenue function, not a brand exercise. Every initiative I lead has a number attached to it.

Both — I adapt to what works best for the client. Most of my engagements are hybrid: remote for day-to-day operations and regular check-ins, with on-site presence for key planning sessions, leadership meetings, and critical milestones. I'm based in the US and have worked with teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Book a free 30-minute strategy call. I use that conversation to understand your growth bottleneck and give you an honest read on whether fractional CMO engagement is the right move — and whether I'm the right person for it. No pitch, no pressure. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you and point you in the right direction.
